Pros

Young and fun company culture, management likes to excite employees with fun company parties and prizes. Room for growth and the company is continuing to grow.

Cons

Atrium is highly focused on hiring one type of "image," management makes false promises and can be untrustworthy, at the end of the day its a sales environment, hitting numbers and making money is the end goal. Management is also not afraid to fire employees right away.

Pros

They have very friendly staff who are easy to work with. The schedule is flexible and convenient. There are some cool jobs available and great networking opportunities.

Cons

The base pay can be low. And it can be difficult at first to get established enough for upward mobility since you rotate through a lot of different companies.
