Pros

Good pay and not bothered by Atrium while on assignment

Cons

Vacation policy changed after I was hired with out so much as a e-mail to me. Also did not change for everyone. I was told I am not eligible to for a vacation. I am on a 2 year assignment and no type of vacation but if you do the shorter assignments you can accrue hours towards a vacation. The assinment I am on now would allow me to reach that hour goal twice a year so they did away with mine I guess they really don't want to pay any kind of vacation pay but their website says paid vacation. So I guess it is a lie and once you lie to me I lose respect and trust for your company and post things like this. I like everyone to know how you run your business so they can decide for themselves if they want to work for you and what to expect. Also their health insurance is not even health insurance says so right on the card cost is too much for a discount plan which is all it is. can't even cancell it when you find out you don't like ie and that it does not pay for anything just takes your money have to wait until the next enrollment to cancell. so i have to pay them 286 dollars a month for no kind of service. If you work for them don't get their health insurance you will be sorry like me if you do.

Great company but I feel taken for granted

Pros

Good company culture as a whole (versus individual teams). Senior management is very accessible for new ideas or issues. Flexible work environment. Treated staff very well throughout the pandemic

Cons

Staff is asked to do a lot outside of their job description and instead of it being seen as going above and beyond, it is taken for granted. Instead of promoting from within they brought outside talent with limited experience in and didn't even verbally acknowledge the effort being put in by existing talent (not specific to my experience but I've seen it again and again done to others). Also the new talent (even for entry level positions) is brought in at a higher salary and existing talent has to fight for pay raises. This is more of an issue with individual managers being too focused on the overall goal and not each of their team members rather than stemming senior leadership.
