-Great community and teams -Lots of opportunity for growth -Referral program gives opportunity for bonuses -Person first hiring model, less about experience and more about who you are

-Very sales oriented so if that's not your vibe, probably not the right fit.

Pros

Leadership is so open to hearing your opinions and having an 'open door' policy with any concerns. Overall, just a great group of people to work with whether it's in office or remote work.

Cons

I think it can be tough when you like to work in person/in office, but are working remotely for the time being. Luckily, the company plans to move forward with a hybrid schedule in January 2022, so it will be the best of both worlds soon.
