Cool tech with lousy leadership

Pros

Cutting edge technology, amazing people doing the work, work life balance.

Cons

Poor CEO leadership where it's his way or the highway. Has the vision but lacks tactful delivery - kind of like a bull in a China shop, what is he going to break next? Tries to force his opinions; good, bad or indifferent onto clients as he 'knows' their businesses better than they do.

Pros

There are some great people who work at Atta, unfortunately none of them are in leadership.

Cons

Scott Gravelle is a Mad King with zero respect for his employees or customers. Tearing someone apart in front of a large group of people for petty things is hardly the mark of a great or even decent leader. He refuses to follow common engineering poractices, lterally writing stuff on the back of a napkin. He treats his customers like they are test sites, and is far to focused on the next big prize.
