Pros

There are some great people who work at Atta, unfortunately none of them are in leadership.

Cons

Scott Gravelle is a Mad King with zero respect for his employees or customers. Tearing someone apart in front of a large group of people for petty things is hardly the mark of a great or even decent leader. He refuses to follow common engineering poractices, lterally writing stuff on the back of a napkin. He treats his customers like they are test sites, and is far to focused on the next big prize.

Management do the best they can. Technology is decent.

Unfortunately, a unqualified CEO has been the company in a bad financial position.

Pros

Really cool tech Owner is a guy that you can just walk up to and chat with Super diverse workforce very clear on their inclusive mindset

Cons

not a lot of actual structure lots of band-aid solutions to things instead of longterm fixes not a lot of room for growth within the company
