Great people with lots of interesting work.
Cons
New management since early 2025 has gutted the company, cut bonuses, and frozen salaries. Communication from the top is minimal and scattershot, so the only logical conclusion most have come to is that the private equity firms that own Audacy are in pump and dump mode at this point. There have already been 3 big rounds of layoffs in the first 6 months with no signs of it slowing down. Basic tools and resources for doing our jobs have been cut/suspended. Morale is low and the outlook for the company is not good. It's a shame because it used to be a great place to work.
