Flexible work schedule in office…It’s a solid 7/10. Unless you are missing budgets…then the heat will be cranked up.

Cons

More stick than carrot and the company comes off, at times, of being cheap. New business percentages are decent but after 1st order, not so much…it’s not sales friendly.
