      Pros

      Fun industry, good assets. Could be a rewarding career in an exciting industry.

      Cons

      Lacks competitive compensation package, no expense reimbursement to sales team. Provide employees with the tools to do their jobs. Laptops and other equipment are outdated. Office space is untidy and kitchens and bathrooms are in unacceptable condition. Too many unproductive meetings and busy work interfere with sales team's productivity.
