Most staff care about the work they do.

Cons

Terrible leadership by Region VP. Low pay. Constant layoffs. Lack of communication with staff. Flexible PTO means they do not have to pay out vacation and you were unable to take time off. Layoffs mean you get added job duties without compensation.
