      Pros

      -Colleagues are friendly and helpful, I knew nothing about radio coming in and now I feel comfortable working in the environment.

      Cons

      - Hours were horrible: I had night shift 2am-9am... not ideal and not worth the money. Two other people have my same job (Day shift) and make more money doing less work than I do. -Little to no opportunity to move up

      Pros

      If you can hold on to your job it sets you up for much better future jobs elsewhere

      Cons

      The turnover here is absolutely abysmal. Both the sales and the programming can't keep staff. This has to be due to the low pay, bare minimum benefits, and lackluster management. The sales execs are reimbursed for nothing and new hires aren't even offered commission. Some people can really succeed here but most people will be better off and better appreciated somewhere else.
