Pros

Fun colleagues that you can share your misery with. Opportunity to learn about the radio advertising industry. Cool perks like having live performances in the studio and free tickets to local shows and events.

Cons

Horrible Management. Lack of training (they really talk this up during your interview and upon on boarding, but really fail to deliver). Lots of cold calling and you are responsible for finding ALL of your leads. Radio is a hard sell these days, especially to small businesses who have a tight advertising budget.
