      Pros

      The company culture is very laid back and fun. There are a lot of work events and group outings. It is also in a great location.

      Cons

      The pay is no where near the average salary for this role. The pay in radio is horrible if you are outside of sales.

      Company is a mid sized radio performer with great assets

      Cons

      The company preaches innovation yet punishes those who try new things. Stepping outside the box is a disaster in Entercom. The General Managers have too much power.

      Pros

      You end up working with some truly talented people, there are a lot of perks that come with working in media, the hours are normal, management isn't overbearing.

      Cons

      You end up working with some real crazies, management (while not overbearing) seems to be lost most of the time, you end up doing five times the amount of work expected for your pay.
