      Pros

      The traffic department was really easy to work with along with the production department

      Cons

      Need to have a training program for new hires. If they are new to radio they tend to clueless and end up leaving.

      Pros

      Good money if you're in management. Good benefits if you're full time. Good number of vacation days, and holidays. There are still some fun positions that utilize creativity...but everything points to those positions becoming less and less.

      Cons

      Poisonous work environment. Corporate control is eroding the "live and local" nature of radio. Incredible pressure on sales people, with constant changes in not only product, but percentages, from corporate. Not a "team oriented" environment.

      Pros

      Very fun work environment, had various tickets given to staff for free, met celebrities and sports figures. Very relaxed atmosphere and casual dress.

      Cons

      Did everyone else's jobs for them. I was an "assistant" but I really did the part jobs of the Account Executives that they didn't want to do. I was "let go" from my job because a previous Sales Assistant wanted their job back so my job was now theirs even though I was a better worker. Every aspect of this company is who you know and if the superiors like you or not.
