Pros

Tickets, Co-Workers, Location, Promotions Department

Cons

This is the kind of place you need to be very wary of. Because you get to work in Sports/Entertainment they treat you like you are "Lucky to be there" not an asset to the company. Turnover Culture-Sad because if somebody had given me the red flags I would not have listened, slowly your greatest attributes such as passion will be turned against you as you are expected to give a lot of free labor (Weekends, Split Shifts where you still need to produce content between the assigned hours somehow etc) They circumvent California Labor Laws by giving many a very low Salary which ends up paying you below SF Minimum Wage, no Overtime, no Holiday pay etc. Many employees are scared to ask for Vacation for fear that will be held against them. Lots of people behind the scenes are only there because it "Sounds Cool." That's no way to live.

Pros

Great outfit with top management, great equipment and the tools to get the job done. Best crew I've ever worked with.

Cons

Like most radio companies, took a beating in 2009 and later.

Pros

Wonderful co-workers, flexible schedule, tickets to shows.

Cons

Ridiculous CRM system that does not function properly and upper management and lower management can't decide what is actually important in the system. Management in general talks out of both sides of their mouth and the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. Poor communication between departments, over-promise and under-deliver seems to be the general motto. Even if you wanted to advance there is no opportunity. 2-3 sales people hold the majority of the accounts that allow an decent income to be made and one sales manager holds other large accounts...while the rest of the sales team is starving.
