      Pros

      It's one of the few places where I was treated with respect as a person and as an employee. Management really seemed to care about their people, and really engaged you in the day to day workings.

      Cons

      Like most radio companies, change was a constant thing, and being laid off could happen more often than you would like.

      Pros

      Great outfit with top management, great equipment and the tools to get the job done. Best crew I've ever worked with.

      Like most radio companies, took a beating in 2009 and later.

      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers, flexible schedule, tickets to shows.

      Cons

      Ridiculous CRM system that does not function properly and upper management and lower management can't decide what is actually important in the system. Management in general talks out of both sides of their mouth and the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. Poor communication between departments, over-promise and under-deliver seems to be the general motto. Even if you wanted to advance there is no opportunity. 2-3 sales people hold the majority of the accounts that allow an decent income to be made and one sales manager holds other large accounts...while the rest of the sales team is starving.
