Pros

opportunity to gain experience in several areas most main level employees are friendly and eventually welcoming competitive benefits package excellent, friendly, open CEO great programs that many other radio groups don't offer (digital, promotional, community based) free food, tickets and other swag

Cons

extremely overwork and underpay (if you're on salary, could work up to 55+ hours/week with no extra compensation) no opportunity for growth within the company horrible over-trust in local management insanely high turnover rate (even for radio) sexual and age harassment from management with no consequences treat employees like they are disposable

Pros

Fun, interactive and you obtain corporate experience. You also get to learn alot about marketing, public relations, media relations and technology. It also has lots of perks like concerts and etc. This is a great job for a college student, or someone just out of school.

Cons

Very cliquish environment, low-pay and bad hours. Everything in radio is automated and their is no need to pay people much to do a typical job there. The exploitation of interns is also humiliating as well.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great training, excellent facilities

Cons

Very cliquey. If you are new don't expect to be treated equally. Management helpful but usually too busy to really help. CRM system is horrible.
