The Worst Company I've Ever Worked For

They have a nice office building.

Cons

A definite abyss between manager and employee. Extreme Short term think-itis. Favoritism ran rampant. Commissions regularily cut. Account lists were slashed in a heartbeat to hire new salesperson. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Untrustworthy managers in that they will tell you one thing and then do another. HR is clueless.

-Hard working, qualified people in place to get the job done -Laid back environment -Fun career overall -Friendly staff -Great facilities and tools

Cons

-No room for advancement, just empty promises -Little to no diversity internally and zero concern to change that trend (company-wide) -Too many titles, which attempts to disguise their below average compensation -Managers do everything on low wages, just to stay employed -High turnover (this is actually inline with the rest of radio, you never know who is out next) -Building is a ghost town after hours and on weekends
