Nice location for food and access to freeway/bus line Exciting value proposition (popular music) Access to a few opportunities to meet influential people

Absolutely no support from management, as there is no budget to hire/replace the former sales manager. Disjointed onboarding process and little to no team culture. Extremely individualized. Outdated procedures, technology, and leadership styles. Circa 1990's-2000's. Company is reconciling a corporate bankruptcy. Extremely volatile.

Cons

Overall, the company stock is doing poorly. However, you wouldn't know it from the culture in the Detroit office.
