Leadership is completely ineffective, starting at the C-suite and trickling down. There is no clear strategy, no accountability, and no concern for employees. Decisions feel reactive and disconnected from reality, and communication is consistently poor. Benefits are among the worst I have seen, especially given the expectations and workload. Compensation does not align with responsibilities, and there is little to no investment in employee growth, retention, or morale. The culture is draining and demoralizing. Hard work is not recognized, transparency is nonexistent, and trust in leadership is extremely low. There is truly not a single positive aspect of working here. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
