unpleasant company culture, lack of encouragement

I cannot stress enough how over-worked and underpaid employees are at this company. If you do excel in your role, instead of receiving compensation solely for your performance, they pile on additional work, usually in the form of an entirely separate role so that you end up doing the work of two persons and they end up paying a single, meager salary. As if that isn’t bad enough, sellers, including managers and market leads, treat support staff horribly without consequence. Numerous employees report the same offenders time and time again, and incredibly, those offenders continue to climb the ladder internally. The disrespect is out of control. There is no concern for or understanding of processes, and there is absolutely zero accountability. The culture is purely toxic.
