I created so many bonds with coworkers that have lasted years Learned a ton about how to produce daily news

Cons

The management situation at KCBS is so bad that so many employees have left traumatized. Racism, sexism, ableism, etc is constant. Do not trust Jennifer Seelig and Nic Palmer. There are multiple NLRB lawsuits against KCBS for union busting. I don't regret working there because I learned a ton and formed amazing bonds with the coworkers, but it was traumatic in ways as well.
