      When they liked you, they liked you. When you were 'out,' you were 'out.' -That's the entertainment industry, though. One cannot complain when they know what they signed up for as a career.

      Cons

      Management was a little smug, and decisions could be ego-driven, but again, that's the entertainment indIt's driven by ego, so one can't complain about ego-driven management in media as much as one cannot complain about sharks being in salty water.
