      Good benefits. Mostly friendly employees. Nice perks

      Cons

      Awful work-life balance. No action on complaints. No formal training. Quick turnover rate. Employees treated poorly. Not a lot of room to grow with company if you aren't in a senior position. Lots of gossip.

      Pros

      Audax Group is an incredibly successful firm based upon a simple model. This model also lends itself to very high deal volume. No other firm can show you the deal process front to back as many times as Audax. Junior team is a great group of people, very welcoming.

      Cons

      This high deal volume lends itself to repetitive processes and many repeated phone calls with 3rd parties. Not much work on operational initiatives, analyst role is mainly as CFO support during add-on acquisitions.
