Audax Group is mentally draining and constantly overwhelming. I was regularly pushed to work long hours just to keep up with the impossible demands forced down by management. Most of the managers are flat-out rude and carry themselves with an air of superiority that makes it unbearable to deal with them. Working here drained my motivation and patience day after day.

Horrible hours, absolutely awful culture. Senior mgmt does not care about junior employee-- no development of staff, cut-throat culture, obscene hours, and no emphasis on morale or culture. Junior team members were refused the ability to con-invest. So not only are you underpaid relative to market and to the hours your work, you no longer can put any skin in the game.
