Career growth is virtually nonexistent. The only way to advance is by transferring to another Amazon company or having a close relationship with the main leader. You'll likely be hired and paid as a Support Engineer but end up doing full-on Software Development work, with no recognition or fair compensation. Despite some leadership changes at Audible, the main decision-maker remains the same, so the office culture of favoritism and nepotism is likely to persist, even if you direct manager tries to help you, is highly possible that they won't be able to help and even if you try to contact higher bosses is possible that nothing will change.
