      Pros

      Interesting challenges on a daily basis. Getting things done right and fast is a way of life. There IS something called a "free lunch".

      Cons

      Future of individuals is not very clear. The management might be in the know of what is coming next, but bottom-of-the-tree employees don't. Maybe through gossips and knowing the right people, but not officially. Not that its bad, but being in the know of what's coming next would be a good morale boost.

      Great company and great team. Benefits are good and the company is still growing. Free food and beverages

      Cons

      Large ugly office space and crowded work environment. Forced to use Amazon tool for almost anything.
