- Very human work group - Well paid for a designer in Berlin - Respectful work environment - Open mind work environment - A decent amount of Perks and benefits.

Cons

- A little messy as the 4 Europe markets (Germany, France, Italy, Spain) are recently merging so the new organisation is a work in progress. - The learning curve is slow as there are way too many work platforms to learn, a lot of different teams and the use of a lot of acronyms.
