      Pros

      Ongoing incredible experience delivered from a very smart caring emotionally intelligent global community. They get a lot of things done!

      Cons

      A bit of the usual churn in a large global entity around alignment of focus, intent, planning and resources. But they genuinely work hard to keep this short and to a minimum.
