      Pros

      - flexibility to work from anywhere or makes sense based on the task at hand - super nice colleagues who collaborate well - CEO ( B Carrigan) has a sharp vision and communicates well so we know how our jobs ladder up to org wide goals.

      Cons

      - Newark is slowly making a comeback and no where local other than a cool brewery to go to after work - Amazon is beginning to take a deeper interest in Audible

      Pros

      It is a unique industry. It had Amazon perks but was a small company environment. Alot of support without micromanagement.

      Cons

      There was a lot of competition for the roles we were filling.. Felt a little siloed bc we didn't meet with a lot of other departments except on quarterly calls.
