      >Very bright, talented employees >Forward-thinking organization >Minimal org hierarchy; highly accessible senior mgmt >Great work space, lots of food provided by the company >You won't even realize you work in Newark

      >Could be more communication across functional groups >Nice if were more "townhalls" form senior mgmt regarding the state of the business

      Pros

      The environment is friendly, there's free lunches every Monday, people are young and nice, the cubicles all have low walls so people could talk to each other more freely

      Cons

      They expect their employees to work really long hours sometimes, the pay is pretty low (their interns work for free), a lot of inefficient meetings
