Good culture, suburby vibe, half hard working people half not really care people

- Free lunch/snacks - Open workspace - Emphasizes its own values/culture that separate the company from Amazon, its parent company

Cons

- Motivation level There are some hard working and smart individuals. But the general vibe is that people are not feeling the need to push for more. It almost seems like they are spoiled by all the benefits and amazon stocks (some employees checking amazon stock every morning even though they are not technically "working for amazon". It is a subsidiary of Amazon, but it is NOT Amazon.. set your expectations accordingly.
