- NOT an engineering culture. If that is what you want, look elsewhere.
- Fairly regular reorgs. They desperately move people around hoping it will solve management problems and it changes things for a couple of months and then they realize it is just as bad.
- A lot of sitting and waiting for management to make decisions
- Dozens of people need to have 5-10 meetings for decisions to be made.
- Constant "land grab". People are quick to look for credit and quicker to avoid blame.
- Duplicating work. So many times I would get half way to a developed feature to find
out it was developed by a different team months ago
- Bad communication. No one knows what other teams are doing.
- If you are unhappy they will shuffle you to a different team where you slowly realize
it's just as bad and you need to stick it out to get your RSUs.
- For some reason one of these reviews mentions being excited to start? so people are
writing reviews before they even work here?
