      Pros

      Great benefits, some growth potential. A great place to work if you find something you enjoy doing. If it's "just a job" - you won't last long in any hospital situation.

      Cons

      The growth potential only exists if you rub elbows with the right people. The job is wonderful if you can get on a set schedule - but, being a hospital, you have to deal with 24-hour operation, and that means pulling double shifts and driving home half asleep sometimes. I liked my job, but the lack of sleep got to me.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits including PTO, and 501K benefit program, health insurance coverage very good with multiple options. Great people to work with and team cooperation and collaboration high. Salaries very competitive, raises and promotions steady and in line with industry standards. Leadership very accessible and inclusive to employees. Flexible work schedule and professional opportunities. Have been proactive in improving the workplace atmosphere and professionalism

      Cons

      Somewhat conservative and not always supportive of all departments in an equal manner. Have improved in their transparency and professionalism in the workplace. Can be slow to react to changes in the overall business environment.

      Nice work schedule. No call. Busy schedule makes the day go fast.

      Cons

      The pay is not good. Below average when compared to salary.com for this area. Very catty people in my department. Insurance is expensive.
