      Team connections and good benefits.

      Cons

      The culture is very toxic. If someone does not like you off the bat, they never will and you will not be promoted. Only those that get the opportunity to go through the exploring leaders program get promoted. And if your boss doesn't like you, you will never be in the program. Too many reorganizations for anyone to do their job well.
