      Love my coworkers, and the general line of work. I feel good doing what I do.

      Communication issues between staff and management, occasional unprofessional conduct of other colleagues outside of the lab towards the lab.

      Many ways to be trained and sharpen your skill set, without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Patent ratio to staff. PCT’s do not ever get offered even close to the incentive that the nurses get when picking up hours.
