Returning to complete my nursing degree and continue towards expanding on my career advancement opportunities. My supervisor was very supportive and offered great flexibility during the time I was in school. I am beyond thankful for the constant flexibility and support that my management offered.

Cons

I have worked for this company for the past 10 years, unfortunately without my degree, advancement opportunities were limited. Incentives being offered to entice new employees were more generous than those focused on retention of current employees.
