      Pros

      All private rooms in hospital, amazing unit directors in my experience

      Cons

      Always behind on the pay, other hospitals usually pay higher and it takes Aultman awhile to do their competitive adjustments. They have only done a Christmas bonus once in 2021, have not had any others since starting in 2019, other area hospitals do them every year and they're usually more.
