They have great nursing staff that are extremely dedicated.

Cons

It's a good place to start out but after that, just look elsewhere. Constantly cutting FTEs from areas while having 20 different C-level executives. HR is run by a group that acts like they care but it only pertains to who they are friends with.

It's not very often that people get recognized for their hard work (very hard to move up even though they say it's not). Very small, annual raises (mine was only $0.38).
