They promote education and advancement. Very helpful in obtaining certifications and continuing education credit opportunities. Management is supportive and caring.

Cons

Can be stressful due to high patient volumes right now and very sick patients. Staff shortages in the industry as a whole are creating stressful situations, but this is at every hospital right now
