Working with patients. Learning many things in the health field that you will always continue to grow and learn. Job kept you busy. There was always something to do. Great people to work with.

Cons

Didn't like having to float to another floor. I think and feel that's something you shouldn't be forced to do. Sometimes family and things happen where you have to report off and it can go against you.
