Pros
The only good thing about this place is boars head sandwich shop (the only edible thing here)
Cons
Low pay grades, low raises, managers exhibit favoritism, cut throat policies (can't even use sick time unless you burn your pto), HR and management dehuminizing employees, work environment is hostile and nonstop gossip, patients are talked bad about behind their back, incompetent medical staff, this place encourages you to step on each others heads to get ahead, department was told multiple times not to discuss wages because they swindle new employees (illegal), time and time again threatened with layoffs because they mismanage their funds, constantly reminded staff are replaceable, minimal opportunity for advancement, they cut everyones benefits (no more HSA contributions, 401k contribution slashed)
