Pros

Aultman strives to be the best local hospital and takes pride in what their employees do for them.

Cons

There is no tuition reimbursement unless you attend Aultman College. Most other local hospitals offer more for employees continuing education.

Pros

Community hospital, co-workers willing to help out when busy. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help patients. There are many openings so there is room to move around in the company.

Cons

Many agency nurses who are not invested in the hospital or community. Magnet status should be reevaluated. Instead of fixing problems, they put bandaids on issues. Constantly dealing with urgent issues without being proactive or considering the consequences of their hasty changes. Taken away many perks over the years. Raises do not cover the health insurance hikes every year.
