      Monday -Friday no weekends or holidays at home infusion.

      Cons

      Need to adapt to the volume of the patient load. Ie. Longer work hours at any given moment.

      Pros

      There is generally always overtime hours to pick up. Most of the staff are easy to work with and get along with. You can transfer after one year. You accumulate PTO from the time you start working and its available to use after 6 months of employment.

      Cons

      Short staff, disrespectful managers that don't assist their nurses when the floor is short. Low pay wages for new graduate nurses.

      decent health insurance, that's about it

      Cons

      pay is not even close to what it should be and raises if you get one are tiny, the constant increase in insurance wipes it out. Mangers are in interested in advancing good employees, most have no interest in it..so you are stuck. Simply put just go else where, its not what it was 5 or 10 years ago. Its really sad..everyone is leaving
