      Co-workers, patients, easy OT, pay for long time employees before Aultman took away their years of service/experience pay increases, Benefits

      Cons

      Dept managers are awful to deal with, you'll never have a schedule that balances work/family if you get one on time, heavy expected workloads, over worked, managers never held accountable and never offer to help out when busy, new hires pay rate low, no increases in salary for anyone especially new grads, no room for advancement
