Pros

Remote work. Hourly pay prevented overtime for the most part. A few talented people but those were rare

Cons

Where to begin. Paychecks are tied to spyware they force employees to install on your own personal computer (they don't provide equipment at all). Absolutely no career advancement, you have to apply to another position to get any kind of raise. The majority of Aureans are bottom of the barrel. Most of the engineers showed absolutely no initiative, they required hand holding all the time. Most employees are contractors so that they can layoff people at will and provide no benefits. Layoffs happen in two big rounds pretty much every year. Pay is well below the industry average. Management's failures roll downhill and blame is laid at the feet of the individual contributors. They constantly acquire companies without any care for the longevity of the products; they do it just to suck out as much profit as they can while killing the product and forcing customers to leave. No paid time off and they also force you to take a week of unpaid time off per quarter. They are the epitome of the worst of capitalism: buying companies, fleecing their customers and offshoring jobs to the cheapest labor markets.
