Mentorship Professional Development People Culture - celebrate every demographic Employee Benefits above whats standard (e.g. parental leave, holiday policies) For example: Aurecon’s holiday policies includes employees ability to substitute “less significant” public holidays for another holiday during the year - this is apart of Aurecon contribution to inclusion and diversity .

Cons

Salary package is inclusive of superannuation, making salaries appear greater. Remuneration should be a stronger focus. Annual review does not enable a performing employee to get a pay increase fast enough.
