      Working on major projects. Some technical directors do care on training junior to mid levels

      Cons

      Little engagement with senior team A lot of politics which for an engineer is a waste of time. You have to know how to play games The actual project managers do require more experience or perhaps change career

      Great office facilities, lots of in-house training opportunities, variety of people to work with from different backgrounds, exposure to big name clients and projects, mostly great team mates, some great managers, very good graduate program, lots of opportunities to learn new skills

      Cons

      Each service line operates as a separate business, some may be thriving and the other not so much, use offshore work to reduce overheads, a bit of politics seem to influence your promotion, very confusing performance reviews, managers can be mix bag, at times can feel pigeonholed
