      Pros

      Boecore truly cares about their people and they show it through their actions and initiatives. Along with providing plenty of ways to engage with their people, they also care about advancing each employees careers by invensting in them professionally. Truly a great company to work for

      Not any that I can think of. For a DoD contractor, they are great!

      Poor culture, low morale, non-competitive pay and benefits package. CEO claims employees are the most important aspect of the company, but that's just talk.

      There is nothing good to say about this company!

      Conducts noncompliance business practices, discriminates against some employees, yet favors others, Executives and the Owner do not care about anyone but themselves, fly by the seat of their pants to make decisions not fully compliant nor vetted, lack of due diligence, unethical business practices, work life balance is not an option except for the chosen! I wouldn’t work for this company again, nor would I advise anyone to work there. A small Aerospace and Defense company who promotes expertise and knowledge in FMS Agreements, but yet employees or management staff do not have the background or experience to ensure compliance!
