      Pros

      Boecore truly cares about their employees and their families. They go above and beyond the industry standard with compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of contract work through the DOD but if the contract changes companies Boecore will do everything it can to relocate so you can stay with the company

      Pros

      I recently had my 11th year anniversary with Boecore and I feel very fortunate to be a part of it. I am on my second program by choice because the company supports employees when they want to migrate to other opportunities to allow career advancement. I could have advanced within my former program simply by cross-training to another position, but I wanted to try something entirely different. The transition team worked patiently with me for a year until I found a job in a newly acquired program, in which I could make a difference. My new job has allowed me to do just that, as I gain more experience in my field, with new challenges and opportunities to excel.

      Cons

      None come to mind. The reason why I've stay with Boecore so long is because I'm very happy with how the company does things.
