Pros
If you work out on the base or on contract, you are treated very well. My coworkers, my manager and the work are all positives.
Cons
Lack of leadership from the CEO. We are not allowed to do our jobs, the CEO comes in to manage every project or presentation. Each year we never seem to make budget and we have layoffs in the spring. This year, layoffs took place right after the first of the year. Usually 3-4 people in the corporate office lose their job each year. Many people from Finance and HR have left or were laid off.
